We believe everyone deserves the scents of Oud, so we ship all products worldwide! Depending on where you are located, your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

- FREE Shipping in Canada on all orders $139+ CAD
- FREE Shipping in the UK on all orders £79+ GBP
We do our best to consolidate your order to one shipment so you need only receive one delivery.
On weekdays, the estimated processing time is 2-3 business days. On weekends, the estimated processing time is between 2-4 business days.
Due to the nature of our business, please allow a few days for your items to be processed. Oudux's shipping office - as well as the post office - are closed over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday after 8:00 AM will begin to be processed Monday morning. Oudlux's shipping office - as well as the post office - are also closed on statutory holidays. The processing of orders will begin the first business day after the holiday.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. We offer free shipping in Canada, USA and UK for almost all destination but there are some restrictions. Since they are very large countries there are some destinations that are very remote & require airmail services. Unfortunately we cannot cover this extra cost to ship to these destinations.
All purchased product within Canada and United States are shipped using trackable methods. Once the product is shipped, the tracking number, along with all shipping information will be sent to the customer via email. Once tracking information has been provided to the customer & the package/ product is picked up by the shipping courier it becomes the couriers responsibility to assure safe shipment to its destination. It is the responsibility of Oudlux and the customer to contact the courier in the case of a lost or damaged package. It is also the responsibility of the customer to keep track of shipment tracking history and be available when shipment arrives at customers destination. Oudlux will not be held liable in any case of lost or damaged product/packaging.
Any questions regarding the speed of delivery, tracking, and/or the shipment process should be directed to the courier once the tracking information has been received. Once Oudlux drops a shipment off at the post office, it becomes the responsibility of the post office, as well as the customer.
